Central Square Shopping Centre is a regional shopping centre, located in the heart of the Ballarat CBD. Built in 1988, Central Square currently stands at 23,558.00m² lettable area with Myer, Target, Rivers Super Store, and over 40 Specialty Retailers.

The abundance of undercover parking with convenient access is a strength and point of difference, as well as the multi-level shopping. The taxi rank, bus stops and train station are all conveniently located on the Centre's doorstep. Customer facilities at Central Square include free wheelchair hire and a lost property department. Two parent's rooms are available within the Centre, together with parents and disabled parking.
